POLICY

Shipments are sent via DHL, Fed Ex or by airlines, Monday thru Wednesday via 2 day service or next day service. Thursday shipments are shipped via next day service only.

 Southern reserves the right to send shipments earlier or later if the weather conditions warrant it.

 Southern will replace shipments if they are delivered to a person and signed for on the first attempted delivery. Southern will replace only the crickets and or worms not the freight costs or cold weather packaging costs. Only one replacement order will be shipped.

 If crickets are sent directly to an airport for pickup, they must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival or they will not be guaranteed.

 Southern will not assume responsibilty for carrier mishandling such as a crushed order, sending it to the wrong address or losing the shipment. 

 IMPORTANT COLD WEATHER INSTRUCTIONS

 During cold weather crickets may go dormant and appear to come in dead. If your crickets arrive in this condition, you should empty them in their holding container, spread them out and let them warm up for at least 12 hours before passing judgement on their status. If after 12 hours they are not up moving around, you should contact us within the next 24 hours for a replacement order. If this procedure is followed, over 95% of the time the crickets will be ok.
